You would almost think the government built these things for the express purpose of collecting old locks. Who starts this custom? Then who decides to continue it? Mysteries upon mysteries...
Anyways, spotted this between Tofino and Port Alberni...
And all the other rubbish hanging from it, bags, bottles, notes, etc, like the Shoe Tree of the Tullameen it's a mystery...

Spotted this on the island, appears to be somebody moving but without a clear plan as to where...and I don't know why the passports are in the window - it's not like anyone is letting them across a border!!!
It's nice to know there's people out there as organized as myself...I felt compelled to wait around and introduce myself...
