Walking down a side-street, 3 younger homeless people set up in front of a garage, backpacks in front of them. 2 guys, 1 girl, although the general fashion amongst them it's hard to tell. An earnest conversation. The guys are quizzing her: "But she was breathing when you went to sleep, right?"
The other guys asking the same question and the girl is reiterating her story...
Ten seconds to walk past them and the conversation is carried to the wind, but there was a tragedy there, you know...

Beautifully shot, acted, paced.
And a bit of a twist at the end.
I'm not sure I liked it - the ending, I mean, but the rest was excellent.

Meanwhile, a few pictures of the local Halloween decorations...
The first, from a "Sex-Positive" shop, I always wonder what the parents say when their kids are walking past and saying "I want THAT Costume for Halloween...."
And this, not far down the street a community resident has repurposed her Barbie & Ken collection....I wonder if she knows Ken?
I love the Ken with his dangling disco "balls"...
