A variety of pictures taken in the field. mostly improved by Google Auto-Awesome, which I have to say remedies my photographic skills considerably...
Creek:
Charming place, but hell to pan on and most of the yield seemed to be garnets (big and bigger, though, there's hope...)
And upon the field trip, breaking open a rock to discover a Western Skink hiding in a crevasse, probably a bit stunned as it took a moment to pose for my picture....
And a final random photo of a mine improved by Google Auto-Awesome...
