Tomislav has for some reason taken me to Croatia on a visit, only upon arriving I discover that Croatia is not another country, it's a whole other world...
Literally. A giant mountain, from which issues a river of Lava that powers the city. The city, built upon the mountain, or grown, rather, old-world architecture somehow fused in a Gaudiesque kaleidoscope, the city is in a way, alive...and people with countless aliens from other worlds; strange beings the likes of which I've never seen in my life, all busy in their myriad alien lives, this Croatia is a bustling spaceport of different civilizations...
...I'm standing on the lip of some giant carnivorous plant, having just fed it I'm feeding down a huge pepper mill, in the bowels of it there are a couple of men living in a small room, politics, they've deliberately fed themselves to the alien to later emerge and make some point about their untrustworthyness, I stand back a pace or two to make sure I don't slip in, the men stop what their doing and beckon me add more pepper, when I'm done step back from the lip of the plant...
....now I'm inside a building, a dark-haired elf-companion leading me to a museum of (??), I'm greatly curious but don't have the admission, aliens are coming and going, she tells me to pick up a small broom and dustpan, admission is free if we do some light housekeeping on the way...
...and now, time to leave this world, and I'm missing connections, can't find Tomislav or the connecting space vehicle I need to get home...
Missing Connections in Wales

I'm heading South, coastal highway somewhere in Wales, or Ireland maybe, with the significant other. She's got dark hair, otherwise nameless and faceless as always. We're driving an old Morris, or some-sort of vintage period car, filled with our luggage, returning from vacation, on our left a giant cliff above the ocean, small inns and places along the way, I'm pointing out caves with Celtic-sounding names, we stop an inn, they all know her there, family or friends, but we've already missed our connection and so have to get back into the car and try and hasten ahead to the next destination, it's beginning to thundershower...
Of a Village drawn in the shape of the Bible ....

I'm in an old-English styled village, small slate cottages, Gothic Cathedrals, treed lanes and parks, it's beautiful. A gilt edged chapel book in a bookstore, shaped like a Gothic window, definitely a Bible village, the whole of God's kingdom drawn in miniature upon the earth, every stone in it's place, every plant with an honourable pedigree that can be traced to the Garden of Eden, mustard seeds, apples, pomegranates, no detail too small ....
In fact one definitely gets the feeling the people of the village think that in some ways their town is superior to the Kingdom of God, had he solicited their advice first they would have made some recommendations, things like running water and toilets, they're nothing if not smug...
But things aren't all perfect. A council meeting, the architects, a bunch of ladies, a handsome older one foremost amongst them, are debating the direction of the evolution, strangely the village isn't quite attracting the population they'd hoped, and it becomes apparent to me that the older handsome one is the architect, it's her brainchild, somewhere in the background there's a rich and invisible husband financing all this, but she's losing patience with how slowly her earthly kingdom is coming along, they're stalled on the Garden of Eden and if things don't happen soon she's going to withdraw her support....

I'm playing some sort of money-tunnel slot machine in the casino. You look through the window, money is blowing everywhere, it's like one of those money tunnels stunts that radio stations pull, only with this you don't get it in and grab it, you just put in your coins and it piles up...
And I'm winning. Lots it would appear, opening the machine there are neat banded straps of hundred and fifty dollar bills, I've won, big time, and I stuff the muff of my hoodie with money and leave the casino...
...I'm at a shop, trying to buy a snack, but the money keeps falling out, the bills are wrong, too large, they won't accept them, it's not working...
...and I run into my boss and he's buying me drinks, trying to sit me down and talk to me, wants to make sure I'm not going to quit after my big win, me, all I'm trying to do is to find my way to the boy's mother, I owe her some money and I want to give it to her before it all disappears from my hoodie...
